Should any problem arise retain the product used and contact Pellé. If independent testing showed a Pellé product was the cause of any damage full restitution would apply. This guarantee does not cover external factors such as heat or sunlight damage, misuse of the product or leather which has not been finished in a tannery or repaired to international standards.
